I was tired of being the bigger guy in every photo. That moment became my wake-up call. I made a promise to myself to change — not just my body, but my mindset and identity.

 

I started water fasting and focused on discipline over comfort. Monday through Thursday, I fasted 16 hours a day, drinking only water, black coffee, and electrolytes. When I broke my fast, I ate high-protein, low-carb meals — mostly whole foods, lean meats, eggs, and healthy fats.

 

I combined that with resistance band and dumbbell workouts I could do on the road or in any gym. I tracked my progress, stayed consistent, and focused on becoming stronger every week — not perfect, but better.

 

Over time, I lost 150 pounds, lowered my blood pressure, and reversed health issues that once controlled my life.

 

My method is built on what I call DEBO — Dedication, Elevation, Belief, and Optimism. That mindset turned my pain into power and my story into a movement: I Am Debo Fit.
